Bilang isang taong masyadong “nag-aalala” sa pangangatawan ay aking i-se share para sa maririkit na kababaihan, nag gua-guapuhang kalalakihan (ehem..) at maaalindog na pangatlong kasarian ng WP (..at para sa lahat na din) ang mga ehersisyo na puede nating gayahin/gawin pagkatapos ng masaganang kainan at pakikipagrelasyon natin sa ating malalambot na sofa o kama (na lagi nating kapiling pagkatapos ng mahaba-habang chibugan!)

Ang Limang (5) Presidente ng Pilipinas

Last night I was about to snooze out when I accidentally knobbed to GMA Pinoy TV and found their mini series/documentary about The Philippines 5 Presidents – Newsmaker. First of all it was surprisingly as always first-rate interrogation with 5 biggest names in Philippines politics. And secondly the series was well “fact-ed” and even nurtured me with up-to-the-minute outlook about our history.

 

Moving on I discerned some facts that completely wrapped my thoughts about these “grilling session” and about few specifics I know:

 

In Marcos regime everyone knows it was a dictatorship but what made me gripped to the talk were these: *The Philippines was able to established massive infrastructure – Architecture. The construction of roads, bridges and public works was also a part of good government and together with these the economic status begins to rise. And *second is some says “nobody will ever know what a remarkable president he could have made. That’s the saddest part”. Enough said. Would you agree?

 

With the regime of former President Cory Aquino never did I thought of having a “housewife” to become a president of The Philippines (who never got into politics before except of course of her exposure to politics for many years because she’s a wife of a senator). I will remember her because of that Time Magazine and the emergence of democracy through the help of the Filipino people. And not of the hiding below the bed issue and not the almost a week  brownout during her government.(Another thing is I always like Cory’s saintly bearing factor but her showbiz-over exposed daughter disappoints badly)

 

Former military and President Tabako Ramos I remember he never used his military instinct when it comes to administering his regime (except according to him he wakes up at 4 in the morning) Instead he focused on economic development. The Philippines even tagged as “Asia’s New Tiger” before. On my opinion his government compared to the last two and the next two was the most calm but not necessarily peaceful due to exposed corruption (ok I know everyone is corrupt and just to say a thing to his unexciting administration)

 

The one and only impeached and former actor President Erap Estrada was for me the worst because of numerous corruption issues thrown on him. I had enough especially the Jose Velarde Account drama. I can honestly tell that when Erap is talked about I can’t help but recall the Velarde matter. But Erap would be the most generous and favored President for the “masa” or “mahehERAP”.

 

Finally before continuing I thought of opening the issue concerning 349 scam of Pepsi Corporation during 90’s. We used to be a 349 bottle crown holder-winner of this “instant money contest” of Pepsi. And the chairman of Trade and Industry for the scam long way back (almost 15-20 years ago if not mistaken) found that Pepsi is guilty for misleading the public. And then what happened to the supposed to be cash for numbers of winners (like us)? Zero result. Until now no one can inform. You guess the finale of our 349 nightmare? We had much of that con and my mother fucked the million peso hallucination away.

 

And who is the chairman of Trade and Industry that time? She is the current President of The Philippines – Madam Gloria Arroyo. (Ok the above is somewhat related)

 

According to her employees (or to people who knew her) she is a very hardworking and meticulous person and says that 24 hours a day is not enough for all the activities she does. However what made me awestruck about her is that when she’s in front of spotlight she always exude unyielding disposition which made an image of mataray (as being shown in the Newsmaker how strict she can be at all times). Everyone also noticed she keeps dragging her father’s name to almost every interview she had – which is not bad and at least she’s trying to emulate what on earth her father was before (well according to her). Nevertheless what made President Gloria a “Gloria!” to Filipino people? I can offer one. *For me the tax that made Philippine Peso best performing currency in East-Asia during 2005-06. I don’t know what others suppose about this but I thought its remarkable how Peso performed that time.

 

I listed some I would remember about her and her administration: *I remember the State of Emergency last year (if not mistaken) because I was that time overwhelmed how everyone follows the rule. In all truthfulness I actually felt how authoritative a President can be! *The President is also into number of controversies and rebellion (The Oakwood Mutiny, The Manila Peninsula Rebellion, and the useless-again and again Impeachment Complaint about Hello Garci Tape). I know its exhausting rolling them all however on the bottom line is that President Gloria is still standing and working despite of each odd (and the current Global Financial Crisis). I do not want to sound bias and that I’m a fan of her (I support her though – she is the President!) it’s just that I can at once see how tough she is, really tough.

 

And that’s it. Whoever would be the next President I know most Filipinos would always have to say something – few good and most are bad because that’s what most of us – mega-super-overloaded of independence. Tsk! Tsk!

 

Ok sound this entry took lengthy and I don’t expect each one to read and understand (and comprehend my freak grammar and thoughts) of course this is politics and it’s very dreary.

 

 

Burrrp..

Walang istir na no Rice diet ako at oatmeal lang talaga ang halos madalas kong kainin PERO nagsimula nuong Disyembre 24 hanggang 27 ay masasabi kong nasira na ng tuluyan ang routine ko sa pagkain.

Narito ang ilan sa mga inupakan ko nitong nakaraang 3 araw:

*leche plan, menudo, ice cream, chocolate cake, matamis na ham, macaroni salad, sangkaterbang KFC chicken, ilangcheese sticks, dose dosenang lumpiang shanghai (na baboy), naka isang redhorse nung bisperas, 2 slices of pizza, fries,  lechon at higit sa lahat bande badehadong kanen (bihira kasi akong makatikim nito at talaga namang kinasabikan ng aking lalamunan ang bawat butil hehehe)..

Burrrp…!

Hindi ko napigilan ang aking sarili sa kalibugan sa pagkain pero hindi ko naman kinaligtaang mag gym din sa mga araw na iyun.

I-enjoy lang natin ang pagkain lalo’t ngayong haliday. Pero hinay hinay lang ha?

Oh paanu ba yan? Manigong Bagong Taon naman!

stroke my “head” soft baby

I need a hand.. YOUR HANDs perhaps.. Start from the tip yeah, whoe take it slow.. That’s right.. Perfect.. Stroke it.. More.. Slide downward.. Upward.. Ahh.. Holy Moooolly!.. then.. massage.. and.. err rinse..

Har! Friends I plan to have a new haircut today (or maybe next weekend) I’m thinking of chopping down my tail (pictures below) and get back to clean cut or go on oasis. Currently my hair is a semi-mohawk cut (but pictures here are wax-less). What do you think? Hmm..

upuan sa paparating na pasko

Habang naglalakad ako nuong kame ay namasyal nuong nakaraang linggo ay napadako at napansin ko ang isang upuan (ang larawan ay nasa itaas). Parang kay sarap magpahinga duon sa mga oras na iyon – hindi mainit kahit may kaunting araw at may kalamigan na ang simoy ng hangin, amuy halaman naman talaga ang paligid at may magandang tanawin.

Ewan ko ba at bigla nalungkot ako. Nakakatawa siguro para sa iba o wirdo pero naawa ako para sa upuan na iyun.

“Magtigil ka nga Dioniscio..!” wika ko sa aking sarili at ibinaling ko na lamang sa pagkuha ng larawan para sa mga kasama ko.

Habang naglalakad papalayo ay lumilipad na naman ang kaisipan  ko.

Naisip ko bigla na anu ba ang kahilingan ko sa aking sarili sa paparating na pasko?

Hay..

Napatingin na lang ako sa di kalayuang upuan at ibinaling sa bughaw na kalangitan at napagtanto na wala akong hihilingin para sa sarili ko.

Ayos na sa akin ang laging nakatayo kahit mag-isa man ako basta alam kong maligayang nakaupo ang mga mahal ko..

Maligayang Pasko na lamang para sa inyo mula kay Dioniscio..

ang pangit kong ipen

Ito po ay ang pangit na ipin ng inyong lingkod na nilagyan na ni mrs.dentista kahapon ng rubber (nakahambalang parihabang bagay na tila spageti na naging parang tinga lang hehe)  sa magkabila upang magpantay.

Kagigising ko lang at nangangako akong napaka sakit naman talaga ng buong bibig ko. Goodluck na lamang sa aking sarili kung paanung kain ang gagawin ko. At kung paanong halik ang gagawin ko, haha(as if may hahalikan at may hahalik pa sa akin sa lagay kong ito LOL)

Rakrakan Fest was organized by TFC last Dec.05 at Festival City. The event featured A lister bands of The Philippines – Pupil, Kamikazee, The Dawn and Bamboo. It was a real hell of a rock event and everybody went crazy and i thought i discharged too much adrenaline rush after the event i almost feel like i didn’t sleep for like 3 days! Har!

I should say Kamikazee was a real fucking entertainer band of the night – they boosted too much patawa and the energy seem to be endless although i am a true blooded Bamboo fan so i’d still choose Bamboo as the band of the night, yeah, i know, bias. Hehehe.

Nevertheless, it was all fun, 4 bands was all awesome and spending almost 5 hours of pop-jazz-rock music was all worth of a damn a little cold night!

With that, we must be willing to put away every little things our mind thinks

especially our concepts of what love truly is

I miss him.

Dencios Fast Tid-Thoughts

I accidentally bought a new white framed shades at TopMan. I’m suppose to buy a Tee but ended splashing out to this one. hehe

This would be the loneliest Christmas tree ever. Where do i start? lol

…and this would be the happiest at our office.

This bench fronting our office made my day few days ago.

This is my pringles alakansya. Wala akong pambili ng talagang alakansya kaya I recycled one, and look, overflowing!

It’s Christmas at our favorite Karinderya here in Dubai. Pinoy specialty ata dito. Hehe. (at wala nyan sa Jumeira!)

Shoes, shoes, shoes, sale! Window shopping lang. Hehe

I had my lunch the other day at starbucks after buying beltbag at adidas for monito/monita. Ang sarap mga tsong ng Baked Chicken and Mushroom plus venti mocha frap. Solb!
